Manggaman is a culinary explorer who has traveled the world in search of authentic recipes and cooking techniques. What started as a personal journey has evolved into a mission to share these global flavors with food enthusiasts everywhere.

At the heart of Manggaman’s creations is a true Filipino treasure: the world-renowned Guimaras mango. We incorporate this distinctively sweet and vibrant fruit into a wide variety of international dishes—infusing Thai salads with a tropical twist, enhancing Italian pizzas with a subtle mango sweetness, and even adding a refreshing layer to traditional Indian curries.

CULINARY JOURNEY HIGHLIGHTS

Manggaman began his travels in North America. Manggaman explored North America fueled only by his adventurous spirit until he found gold in a cup, the mangonada. A perfectly blended ripe mango combines with spicy chamoy, lime juice, Tajín seasoning and finished off with a tamarind candy straw. Sweet, spicy, tangy, and totally unforgettable!

That was the reason for the next mango revelation for Manggaman and it came in the form of Mango Kulfi. The frozen dessert on a stick was a denser and creamier version of traditional mango ice cream. The slow-cooked milk combined with cardamom made each bite feel like a trip down memory lane. The dessert presented on a small leaf plate while sunset bathed Manggaman in its warm light transformed into a memorable experience. Manggaman ended his journey with a soothing cup of dense mango lassi mixed with yogurt and sprinkled with pistachios.
